]]> This wonderful Bao Zhong was harvested in 2010 and carefully aged in Pinglin, Taiwan until 2018.  It has since continued to age gracefully in Vermont, USA.  The typical floral green character of Bao Zhong has mellowed and given way for an earthier body and complex aged tea aroma with hints of temple incense and a slight herbal finish.  Great for drinking now or aging further!
