This is an incredible high mountain oolong tea from the Fu Shou Shan in central Taiwan.  Grown on the steep hillsides along mountain route leading to the famous Taiwanese tea area of Li Shan, Fu Shou Shan is quickly gaining a reputation as one of the best high mountain oolong producing regions in Taiwan.  Vibrant jade green, rolled leaves unfurl to reveal an expertly crafted oolong tea.  Classic high mountain aromas of sweet, spring flowers and creamy, ripe fruit give way to a clean, savory flavor and a cooling, lingering aftertaste.  A great tea to invigorate yourself before a mountain assent.
