This is a fantastic, aromatic high mountain oolong tea from the famous Ali Shan region of Taiwan.  This tea was grown on the steep slopes of Taiwan’s central mountain range just outside of Ruifeng near the famous Ali Shan Recreation Area.  Harvested at 1,500 meters above sea level and given a delicate, light roast, this tea has a crisp, clean, and smooth flavor with hints of pine, floral honey, and sweet roasted nuts.  A beautiful tea for an afternoon rain shower.
