Another great rock oolong from the cliffs of Wu Yi Shan!  This Fo Shou, or Buddhas Hand, varietal has especially large leaves that accentuate the earthy, minerality of Wu Yi Shan’s natural terrior.  Slightly less oxidized and less sweet than its rock tea cousin, Da Hong Pao, this Fo Shou is nicely balanced between a medium roast, lighter than expected oxidation, stone fruit aromas, and natural mineral finish.  A great tea to accompany classic literature.
