This early spring Huang Jin Gui (Golden Osmanthus) is a fresh, great tasting oolong from the famous tea town of Anxi in Fujian Province.  This tea is similar to the classic oolong, Tie Guan Yin, but totally unique in its own way.  Bright green, tightly rolled leaves yield a fresh taste and unique aroma.  Floral and sweet with notes of cinnamon and spice.
