A bold and flavorful roasted oolong tea from Anxi in Fujian, China.  Tightly rolled leaves with a heavy level of roast and oxidation make for a powerful oolong tea.  This tea brews with a strong roasted aroma and complex, sweet flavor.  Deep molasses, honey,and spice flavor with a hint of floral perfume.  A great tea for starting a long day.
