Fu Shou Shan

This is an incredible high mountain oolong tea from the Fu Shou Shan in central Taiwan. Grown on the steep hillsides along mountain route leading to the famous Taiwanese tea area of Li Shan, Fu Shou Shan is quickly gaining a reputation as one of the best high mountain oolong producing regions in Taiwan. Vibrant jade green, rolled leaves unfurl to reveal an expertly crafted oolong tea. Classic high mountain aromas of sweet, spring flowers and creamy, ripe fruit give way to a clean, savory flavor and a cooling, lingering aftertaste. A great tea to invigorate yourself before a mountain assent.

Li Shan

A classic Taiwanese high mountain oolong tea from the famous Pear Mountain (Li Shan) region of central Taiwan. Grown at around 2000 meters beside Tianchi Lake, these tightly rolled, vibrant, jade green leaves brew a thick and rich liquor with sweet, high mountain creaminess. Strong floral aromas and pungent, sweet vegetable flavors give way to long lasting Hui Gan (classic Chinese term for the lasting after taste in the back of the throat accompanied by a pleasant cooling sensation). Best brewed gong fu, this tea is suited for infusion after infusion for wave after wave of high mountain goodness. A great tea for drinking on a mountain peak.

Shan Lin Xi

Shan Lin Xi is the closest high mountain tea growing area to Taiwan’s tea culture capital, Lugu. This high altitude oolong tea is a great example of fine Taiwanese tea making. Beautiful, emerald green, tightly rolled leaves give off an unmistakable high mountain aroma. This tea will give many delicious infusions with delicate floral aromas and sweet flavors. Clean and fresh with notes of pine and a smooth and slightly herbal aftertaste. A great tea for lovers of Tawan oolongs!

Ali Shan Light Roast

This is a fantastic, aromatic high mountain oolong tea from the famous Ali Shan region of Taiwan. This tea was grown on the steep slopes of Taiwan’s central mountain range just outside of Ruifeng near the famous Ali Shan Recreation Area. Harvested at 1,500 meters above sea level and given a delicate, light roast, this tea has a crisp, clean, and smooth flavor with hints of pine, floral honey, and sweet roasted nuts. A beautiful tea for an afternoon rain shower.
