Jin Xuan

Jin Xuan is a famous oolong varietal developed in 1980 in Taiwan for its large yeild and captivating aroma. Often called ‘Milk Oolong’, this tea gives a unique aroma that, although subtle, has an unmistakable similarity to the aroma of fresh milk or cream. This tightly rolled, green oolong was grown in Songbolin (Cedar Ridge) in Central Taiwan’s Nantuo County. This tea brews a bright golden/green and gives off subtle floral and fresh milk aromas with a clean vegetal flavor and smooth, easy finish.
