This is a fresh, aromatic high mountain oolong tea from the famous Ali Shan region of Taiwan.  Grown on the steep slopes of Taiwan’s central mountain range just outside of the town of Ruifeng.  Harvested at 1,500 meters above sea level, this tea has a crisp, clean flavor and a captivatingly fresh and floral aroma.  Floral and bright with a touch of buttery cream and lingering herbal finish.  A great tea for the spring cleaning of the mind.
